Your child is struggling and it is so hard to see your loved one suffer, no matter their age.

Despite all your best efforts to find the “right” answer, web searching, reading, talking to other parents, and going over and over things in your head, it can still feel like it’s not enough.

We know you’re doing your best, and also that one of the hardest things on a caregiver’s mental health is to feel ineffective in the face of their loved one’s suffering.

Emotion coaching is an approach that can lead to increased connection, start to shift cooperation, and support the de-escalation of situations in the moment. In the long run, emotion coaching can help to cope with and regulate challenging emotions like anxiety, anger, sadness, and embarrassment. Join us to build on what you’re already doing, learn some new skills, and increase confidence, even during the challenging times.

Spaces are still available, registration closes this Wednesday September 18th  at 5:00 pm
